Private Yoga
Learning yoga postures and breathing exercises is like learning a new language.
Private lessons provide a setting in which your individual needs can be completely addressed and at your pace.
One-on-one is the most effective way to realize the benefits of yoga. A few personalized sessions in your home or a conveniently located studio, will give you the experience, knowledge and confidence to practice in any group or setting.

Thai Body Work
Otherwise known as Rich Person's Yoga. Treat yourself to 60-90 minutes of deep massage and assisted stretching. This body work is done on the floor, without oils and wearing comfortable clothes. In Thailand, they call it "nuat phaen boran". This ancient type of massage follows the Sen lines throughout the body. ("Meridians" in Chinese Medicine & "Nadis" in India). As the receiver, you will be put into yoga positions enjoying rhythmic pressing and stretching of the entire body. This may include cracking knuckles and walking on the back.
